Office visits during the week are by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes before your assigned appointment time. This is to ensure your information is correct and updated in our system.
In the event that you are late for an appointment, you may be rescheduled to another time so as not to interfere with patients that have arrived in a timelier manner.
Standard appointments are 15 minutes. If you anticipate your problem will require more time, or if you have multiple problems, you should indicate this when you make your appointment. Such situations may require a longer visit, and letting us know ahead of time will enable to better serve your needs and decrease waiting time for yourself and other patients.
We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a no show/cancellation fee. |

Family Care Physicians provides 24-hour telephone coverage for emergencies and urgent problems. If you have an emergency/urgent problem after regular office hours, please call our office. The answering service will ask for information about your medical problem, will take your phone number, and have one of our providers call you back.
